Future Jewelry Designer Contest
Terms and Conditions
By entering the Future Jewelry Designer Contest (“Contest”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
• The Contest is open to children ages 4 to 15 years with a parent or guardian’s permission.
• A parent or legal guardian must submit the entry and provide their own full first and last name.
• For privacy, parents may choose to submit their child’s entry using only the child’s first initial instead of their full first name.

2. Contest Period
• Entries will be accepted from March 1st, 2025 to April 12th. 2025.
• The winner will be announced on April 15th, 2025 and the custom jewelry piece will be completed in time for Mother’s Day, May 11th, 2025.

3. How to Enter
Participants may submit their jewelry designs using one of the following methods:
• In-Person Submission: Drop off the completed coloring page at Champaign Jewelers – 2437 Village Green Pl
• Online Submission: Upload an image of the completed design using the form on our website at https://champaignjewelers.com/futuredesignercontest/.
• Text Submission: Send a clear image of the design via text to 217-693-7655 with the child’s first name (or first initial if preferred) and age.
• Email Submission: Email a high-quality image of the design to info@champaignjewelers.com with the subject line “Jewelry Design Contest” and include the child’s first name (or first initial if preferred) and age.
Only one entry per participant is allowed.

4. Winner Selection & Prize
• The winning design will be chosen by Champaign Jewelers based on creativity, uniqueness, and feasibility for production.
• The winner will receive a custom piece of jewelry based on their design. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
• The winning design may be modified by our jewelers to ensure feasibility for production.

5. Ownership & Use of Entries
• By submitting an entry, parents/legal guardians grant Champaign Jewelers permission to use, reproduce, and publicly display images of the submitted artwork and, if applicable, the child’s first initial or full first name for promotional purposes.
• These images may be used in social media, website content, printed promotional materials, and in-store displays.
• If a parent does not wish for their child’s artwork or name (even as an initial) to be used publicly, they must notify Champaign Jewelers in writing at the time of submission.

6. Liability & Rights
• Champaign Jewelers is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• By participating, entrants and their legal guardians agree to release and hold harmless Champaign Jewelers, its employees, and affiliates from any claims related to the Contest.

7. Agreement
By agreeing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Contest Terms and Conditions, including the use of submitted artwork for promotional purposes.
