Champaign Jewelers strives for 100% satisfaction. If for any reason your purchase is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full, no questions asked refund or exchange. The item must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. Custom designed and engraved items are non-returnable.

Shipping Policy

Any purchase over $500 receives free 2 Day shipping via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. If the item is under $500 there will be a shipping charge of $10.50.
