Lisa Gross

Lisa is a proud GIA Diamond Graduate and a true gem in our Sparkle Squad. Her love of bright, happy colors and all things that sparkle is matched only by her passion for helping others. A self-declared diamond snob with the motto “D is for Diamond,” she brings both expertise and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Lisa is an essential part of our team–balancing front-of-store sparkle with behind-the-scenes know-how. She’s our go-to expert for pearl stringing and beaded jewelry repairs, and she has a sharp eye for quality and detail that our clients (and their jewelry) rely on.

Outside of the store, Lisa and her husband own Grossburger in Danville, a beloved local favorite that’s been serving up legendary burgers since 1982. They live in the countryside with their two golden retrievers and have four grown children who keep life full and fun. When she’s not working with diamonds or dishing up burgers, she’s happiest in the sunshine with her dogs and her garden of happy plants.
