Champaign Jewelers strives for 100% satisfaction. If for any reason your purchase is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full, no questions asked refund or exchange. The item must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. Custom designs, special ordered sizes, and engraved items are non-returnable.
